Booking Tickets - Arcola Theatre
Table Of Contents

1. Choose your show

Visit our What’s On page to see current listings.

If the show you’d like to see is not yet open for public booking, you can still book by becoming an Arcola Supporter.

Where we can, we provide age guidance on show pages. If you have specific requirements, please speak to a member of our Box Office team before booking.

2. Choose your date

To find the date(s) on which you can see a show, look next to the ‘Book Tickets’ button at the bottom of the screen.

Once you’ve clicked ‘Book Tickets’, you can choose a date to book. You may need to select a different month above the dropdown menu.

Generally, you can save money by seeing shows during their first few performances (previews).

3. Choose your seats

We have three main types of seat:

  • Best seats, for the very best views
  • Standard seats, which comprise the majority of seats in our auditoriums
  • Value seats, which are priced lower (sometimes to reflect sightlines that are slightly less good)

In Studio 1 there are also Restricted seats. There are no Restricted seats in Studio 2.

Please see show pages for accurate information.

Please note that children under 4 are not permitted in the auditorium, except during relaxed performances or when specified in the age guidance.

4. Make payment

You can pay for tickets using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta/Debit, Solo, UK Maestro and Visa Electron cards. You can also pay with an Arcola gift voucher or Theatre Tokens.

We regret that we do not accept Diners Card or American Express cards.

All tickets are non-refundable, and subject to our standard terms and conditions.

5. Collect your tickets

To keep our prices low and to help the environment, we don’t post out tickets. Instead, you can choose when booking tickets to:

  • collect from the Box Office before the show; or
  • have e-tickets sent to your email address. These can be shown to the usher on your mobile / portable electronic device, to save on printing.

Please note that latecomers may not be admitted.

Space is limited in the auditorium. For your comfort, we strongly advise that you do not bring large bags to the theatre. Unfortunately we do not have a cloakroom; large items may be left with a member of staff at the Box Office, but at your own risk. All such items may be subject to inspection.
