“Here is the end of meaning. Here is loss beyond comprehension.”

Troy has fallen. The women have been rounded up as spoils to be divided amongst the victors. And so they wait. This all-female re-imagining of Euripides’ classic combines traditions of ancient and modern, in a story of trauma and resilience that examines what it means to survive in a man’s world.

Women of Troy is apart of Arcola Participation’s Festival, Creative/Disruption 19. See the full line-up of shows and special events here.
