Two people have to tell a story. They simply can’t agree on which story to tell and fall out miserabley. With the audiences encouragement they make friends and together they draw the audience into an imaginary journey through a dark, dark wood, up a tall, tall tower to a beautiful magical cloudscape. Their story of Princess Veronica and her search for grandfather King Jim is a gentle, heart-warming reassurance of family love – even when loved ones are no longer there.Quicksilver Theatre

Upstairs in the Sky is performed with open ended play materials of different shapes, sizes and textures to create the world of play in the children’s imaginations. The show finishes with a session where the audience can play with all the props, costumes and the set!
