Prospero alone floating on a trunk, creates his universe, his life, his revenge with water, sand, ropes, pullies shadows and reflections. Thaddeus Phillips has appeared in London with The Geometry of Miracles (Royal National Theatre. Directed by Robert Lepage) and in Kafka’s Amerika (Southwark Playhouse. Group K). He is co-artistic director of Stateless (with the Bosnian artist, Tea Alagic), a multi-disciplinary company whose latest work The Filament Cycle was presented at the BAC last summer and is touring internationally. His new solo tap work, Lost Soles, just finished and extended run at La Mama Experimental Theatre Club in New York.
