Rowan plays Hieronimo, the father of a murdered son who, in the midst of a
peace treaty between warring Spain and Portugal, is forced down a brutal path
of vengeance from which there is no return.

was a sensational hit and inspired a whole new wave of drama, including Shakespeare’s
Hamlet. Directed by Mitchell Moreno, this production rediscovers The
Spanish Tragedy as a ferociously powerful exploration of grief, violence
