Small but perfectly formed since 2005
The Miniaturists is the regular writer-led event dedicated to bringing you short but perfectly formed plays. Every show is packed with small original pieces of theatre from an array of talented writers, new and established. Each piece is no longer than twenty minutes and the dizzying mix makes every event as various and unpredictable as the life itself.

This June’s playwrights are:
Simon Treves
Ben Musgrave
Samantha Ellis
Nicholas Pierpan
Helen Smith

“Just because something’s small doesn’t mean it can’t be beautiful. Or experimental, or poignant or thought provoking. For proof of this, look to the Miniaturists” Music OMH

GUARDIAN CRITIC LYN GARDNER’S BEST OF 2009 – People and companies to watch:
“… companies such as The Miniaturists and Nabakov, who may well change the way new writing is produced”

THE MINIATURISTS is curated by writer Stephen Sharkey and produced by Flavia Fraser-Cannon.
