Danish production company Dialogbox presents Danish Dramatics 2012 at Arcola Tent.

Showcasing acclaimed Danish playwright Line Mørkeby, Danish Dramatics 2012 stages two of her most poignant and critically acclaimed plays, Paradise and Bliss Bear, for the first time in the UK.

Paradise, a short four-hander from 2006, takes us to trendy Club Paradise, where the long nights and short days fuel intrigues, jealousy, extortion, and worse.
The second play, Bliss Bear, from 2010, unfolds around Bliss and her encounters with the homeless Bear, questioning normality and responses to life-changing events.

From 7th – 9th December, the double bill will be given scratch performances.
Bliss Bear runs approximately 80 minutes followed by a short interval and Paradise runs approximately 45 minutes.

Please note that both plays are suitable only for people 18 years and over.
