You can sit in any Standard seat, Value seat, or Restricted seat. Best seats are not eligible.
You can start getting your Passport discounts right away. Simply

- Add a Passport to your basket
- Add your ticket(s) to your basket
The discounts will appear automatically.
If you’ve used up all of your Passport tickets, you can renew by calling our box office – 020 7503 1646.
Absolutely! Add any number of tickets to your basket; your Passport discounts will apply automatically.
Afraid not – Arcola Passports may be used once per production.
Only the Passport holder can claim tickets, and proof of ID may be required at the box office. However, with Passport +1, you can bring somebody with you.
1 year from the date of purchase, or (if you have a standard Passport or Passport +1) when you have used up your 5 tickets.
Absolutely – at the end of the year, or when you’ve booked all 5 shows. To renew, please call the Box Office on 020 7503 1646, or pop in and visit us during opening hours (Mon-Sat, 12.30pm-6pm).
You can! To do this, you’will have to buy a gift voucher for the relevant amount (i.e. £60 for a single Passport). Select a date on which to send the gift, and enter an email address to send to. On the selected date, your friend will receive on how to redeem their voucher for a Passport.
You can, but unfortunately your +1 ticket can’t be transferred to another performance. You may prefer to buy one ticket without your Passport, and to use your Passport +1 for two tickets to another production.
Sorry, we have now discontinued the Arcola Passport Under 30. However, you can still get 40% off every ticket by purchasing a standard Passport. We also offer concessions to students and members of theatre trade unions.
