Arcola Participation Presents

Grimm Tales – Arcola Youth Theatre

Adapted for the stage by Philip Wilson from Philip Pullman's Grimms Tales
Performed by Arcola Youth Theatre

Join Arcola Youth Theatre as they explore enchanted woods, castles with soaring towers and the surprising effects of cabbages through three of The Brothers Grimm lesser known tales – Hans-My-Hedgehog, Three Little Men in the Woods and The Donkey Cabbage.

These timeless tales are brought to life by our young theatre makers through puppetry, movement and oral storytelling traditions as they travel through lands and across seas succeeding wild quests going from rags to riches and overcoming the most unlikely of monsters.

‘’All we need is the word ‘Once’ and we’re off.’’ – Phillip Pullman
