The Giles Foreman Centre for Acting presents two plays – the classical OEDIPUS REX by Sophocles, and the modern ONE MINUTE by Simon Stephens – as an exciting double bill. The casts feature GFCA’s Group One Post Graduate Intensive Diploma students at the culmination of their year’s advanced study, alongside professionals and actors from the studio’s classes.

“One Minute,” by Simon Stephens, first produced in 2003 and revived in London in 2008, has an uncomfortable resonance as it follows five characters variously affected by the disappearance of Daisy, an 11-year-old girl, from Seven Dials, Covent Garden.
