FAQs

The vast majority. All shows that are playing for at least 1 week are eligible for Arcola Passport. That includes all of our main productions. Some one-off shows and special events may be excluded – where this is the case, it will be listed on the show page.

You can sit in any Standard seat, Value seat, or Restricted seat. Best seats are not eligible.

You’ll need to have already purchased your Passport to start using it. So:

  1. Choose your Passport above
  2. Add it to your basket
  3. Checkout

Once you’ve bought your Passport, you can start booking shows right away. Passports are now activated automatically.

Absolutely! Add any number of tickets to your basket; your Passport discounts will apply automatically.

Afraid not – Arcola Passports may be used once per production.

Only the Passport holder can claim tickets, and proof of ID may be required at the box office. However, with Passport +1, you can bring somebody with you.

1 year from the date of purchase.

Absolutely – at the end of the year, or when you’ve booked all 5 shows. To renew, please call the Box Office on 020 7503 1646, or pop in and visit us during opening hours (Mon-Sat, 12.30pm-6pm).

You can! Simply choose your Passport above, and then click ‘Gift Membership’. Select a date on which to send the gift, and enter an email address to send to. On the selected date, your friend will receive an email letting them know that they are now a Passport holder, with instructions on how to redeem their free theatre tickets.

Sorry, we have now discontinued the Arcola Passport Under 30. However, you can still save up to £9 on every ticket by purchasing a Passport. We also offer concessions to students and members of theatre trade unions.
