Join us for this fundraiser event presenting a one-night-only reading of essays from Your Presence Is a Danger to Your Life: Voices from Gaza by Samar Yazbek, translated by Leri Price.

This collection of stories are firsthand accounts of civilians aged between thirteen to sixty-five living in Gaza and their experiences following the 7th October 2023.

This staged reading is in support of Palestine Play Projects, an incredible charity dedicated to supporting and providing children’s play and creativity in Palestine. Every child has the right to play even in the face of war, loss, and displacement.
