Roland
Kemal Kayaoğlu is an actor and producer with international training and an award-winning stage career. He graduated from Berklee College of Music’s Performance and Drama in the United States and was accepted into the acting programme at The New School in New York.
He launched his professional career at Talimhane Theatre in Istanbul with director Lerzan Pamir’s The Play That Goes Wrong at Zorlu Performing Arts Center, under the artistic directorship of Mehmet Ergen. The production received the Haldun Dormen Special Award at Turkey’s most prestigious theatre honour, the Afife Theatre Awards. He was cast in Mehmet Ergen’s Fiddler on the Roof musical for three acclaimed seasons. The actor was featured in more than 20 ads for Turkish and international brands.
In 2023, Kayaoğlu co-founded KAOS with actor and director Özge Erdem and starred in Takımyıldızları (Constellations), for which he also translated. Premiering in early 2024, the production has since played more than 70 performances and continues into the 2025–26 theatre season.

Özge Erdem is an Istanbul-based actor and director who has been working professionally since 2010.
She directed and starred in Takımyıldızları (Constellations), staged under her co-founded company, KAOS. The play continues in the 2025-26 season in Istanbul, in which Erdem is receiving strong praise for her performance.
