Purchase of an Arcola Passport and Arcola Passport Under 30s grants the Passport holder an allocation of five tickets to see most Studio 1 shows and selected Studio 2 shows.
Purchase of an Arcola Passport Plus One grants the Passport holder and their passport sharer an allocation of five tickets each to see most Studio 1 shows and selected Studio 2 shows.
Arcola Theatre will publish information about the plays for which the Passport is valid through its usual channels, including pages on www.arcolatheatre.com.
A purchase of an Arcola Passport can be made online at the Arcola Theatre website, by phone or in person at Arcola Theatre.
A user account on our online box office system is required for Passport administration.
All three of the Arcola Passport schemes are not transferable.
For the Arcola Passport and Arcola Passport Under 30, only one allocated Passport ticket can be used per performance and production.
With purchase of the Arcola Passport Plus One only two allocated Passport Plus tickets can be used per performance and production.
Passport Plus One holders must attend the same performance together.
Your Passport will need to be presented at the box office when collecting tickets. If you do not have your Passport with you when collecting your tickets, you will be asked to present another form of identification.
Your user account held at our box office and online provides an accurate record of Passport usage. This record overrides the record in your Passport booklet and will be used to determine Passport validity and the number of allocated Passport tickets remaining.
When purchased online, your passport will take up to 3 working days to be activated. When purchased over the phone or in person at the box office, it will be activated immediately.
There is an administration charge of £3.00 for the replacement of lost Passports. A replacement may take up to 5 working days to be ready for collection from the box office.
Your Passport does not give you access to special ticketed events taking place in the Arcola café bar or elsewhere within Arcola spaces.
The Arcola Passport does not replace a ticket. A ticket must be booked and collected for each performance visited.
All tickets are subject to availability. Your Passport does not guarantee access to shows.
Your Passport does not grant you priority booking.
Tickets booked using an Arcola Passport are subject to the same terms and conditions as all other tickets. This can be viewed on www.arcolatheatre.com/terms.
An Arcola Passport can be used to book tickets only for shows taking place up to and including the date of expiry of your Passport.
Once you have booked a ticket using your Passport, you may exchange it for another performance date – subject to availability and the usual administration fee.
There is no cash value to tickets booked with an Arcola Passport.
A Passport renewal purchase can be made at any time and will give the holder a new allocation of 5 tickets, or 10 tickets for the Arcola Passport Plus One, for a further 12 months from the date of renewal.
Arcola Passport, Arcola Passport Plus One, Arcola Passport Under 30s schemes bought for someone as a gift or otherwise must be purchased by phone or in person at Arcola Theatre.
When purchasing an Arcola Passport, Arcola Passport Plus One, Arcola Passport Under 30s, as a gift, their full name and valid email address will need to be known by the booker and this information given to the box office.
Tickets booked using an Arcola Passport, Arcola Passport Plus One, Arcola Passport Under 30s must be booked prior to any performance and the free ticket allocation cannot under any circumstances be used retrospectively.
When booking online it is the responsibility of the Passport holder to check their basket and that the Passport credit has been applied.
All tickets are non-refundable so check your purchases carefully.
An Arcola Passport, Arcola Passport Plus One, Arcola Passport Under 30scannot under any circumstances be refunded as cash.
Arcola Passport, Passport Plus 1 and Passport Under 30s are valid for one year. However, you can buy a new Passport as soon as you have used all your Passport tickets.
There is no concession price on any of the Passports.
Gift Passports are not currently available online. Please call or visit the Arcola Box Office.
Christmas Gift Passports will start from 25th December unless you request an earlier date.
Gift Passports (not Christmas gifts) can start on the purchaser’s chosen date as long as this is within the month of purchase.
Bar discount terms and conditions
The Arcola Passport bar discount is valid for all available food and drink at Arcola Café Bar. A minimum spend on card transaction is in operation at the bar.
A valid Passport must be presented at the bar in order to apply any current discount. The bar is unable to apply the discount without this presentation.
The bar does not have access to your user account.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
